Peace and quiet, good location, what don't you like?
Kitchen equipment, no coffee maker, no kitchen towels, no basic cleaning products, i.e. dishwashing liquid. The mirror in the bathroom was set too high and I could only see the top of my head. I had to have a stool to use this mirror at my height of 1.60 m. These are the disadvantages that I noticed, which are important for me.
